Shipping: Guitar orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase, although in-stock guitars usually ship within 24 hours. If your guitar is temporarily not in stock, your order may be drop-shipped or ordered from the manufacturer or distributor and could take a few extra days for delivery. If your order will take longer than 3 days to ship, you will be notified immediately. Domestic orders go via FedEx ground insured and will require a signature for delivery - no exceptions. Canadian orders for guitars ship via USPS Priority Mail® International. Non-guitar orders usually ship USPS in 2 to 3 days. If you need your order delivered within a certain time frame or would like to request a "RUSH DELIVERY" please email us IMMEDIATELY upon placing your order.
Damage: Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Do not use (for example, play a guitar) any defective product - use constitutes acceptance of the item. If damage is obvious or noticed on delivery, please file a claim with the carrier IMMEDIATELY and notify White Bridge Music with all pertinent information. NOTE ON GUITARS - guitars are not drop-shipped. We ship them from stock. Every guitar is thoroughly inspected and we do a basic setup before it leaves here. We WILL NOT ship you a guitar that is damaged or in any way inoperable.
We don't drop ship guitars! Every instrument we offer is in stock, readily available for purchase! The pictures you see are the genuine item, not a stock photo! All guitars are A-stock, new in the box. We've already looked for nicks, dents and scratches. The electronics have been checked and verified to be working great. The action may need some tweaking to get it to your own style and preferences, but jeez - that's part of the fun, isn't it? So rest assured that you're getting first-quality gear that we've already thoroughly inspected. To be honest, we're probably a lot more critical than you are! We want you to be 110% satisfied! If we do find something in a particular item and decide it should be a blem, B-stock, damaged, whatever we'll make it plainly known in the item description - and price it accordingly.
Canadian customers please note: When shipping
out of the continental United States all products are subject to incur
an A.D.M.U.(additional dealer markup) of 5% to cover internal expenses.
The A.D.M.U. markup is above and beyond all shipping costs but will be
reflected and included in the shipping and handling costs you are charged
at checkout. Also note: You may be responsible for payment
of duties or other import taxes applicable to your order.
Please note: International/foreign sales OTHER THAN CANADA are not available. All orders must originate from and ship to an address within the United States or Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you are military overseas, please contact us for more information. This is for your protection as well as ours, so thank you for your understanding.
Local Pickup: Please realize that we are an Internet-based business with Internet pricing - there is no showroom where you can browse our selections, try out different guitars and make choices. Additionally, we cannot accommodate requests for picking up your purchases in lieu of shipping. If you have any questions about this feel free to email us with those questions.
Guarantee: Our guitars are guaranteed to look and function on delivery as described above. Due to circumstances beyond our control once the guitar is in your possession, there is no guarantee past that. Guitars that arrive DOA, unplayable or have unacceptable fit-and-finish problems may be returned within 48 hours as described here. Items sold as factory seconds or "Blems" are sold in "as is" condition. White Bridge Music LLC will fully disclose before the time of sale and describe any and all defects in the instrument. White Bridge Music LLC does not guarantee or warranty factory seconds or "blems" for fit and finish defects.
Guitar Returns (Damaged): If you believe you received an item that is damaged or does not function correctly, you may return it within 48 hours of receipt in NEW, UNUSED, UN-MODDED condition and complete in it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING as shipped to you. You MUST contact us BEFORE shipping the guitar back so that we can issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to you. When we issue the RMA number we will provide you with the address to ship the guitar to. Returns will NOT be accepted at the Post Office box! Upon receiving your item we will inspect the item and determine if a refund is in order. If you break or damage the item, we will not repair or replace it. We inspect every guitar personally before it gets packed to guarantee you are receiving the quality you have paid for and deserve. This protects both of us.
All Other Returns (other than damage/inoperability): Returns (for any other reason) must be made within 3 days of receipt in NEW, UNUSED, UN-MODDED condition and in it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You MUST contact us BEFORE shipping your item back so that we can issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to you. When we issue the RMA number we will provide you with the address to ship the return to. Returns will NOT be accepted at the Post Office box! Upon receiving your item in AS-SHIPPED-TO-YOU CONDITION we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your credit card minus a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees. We DO NOT pay return shipping!
Exchanges: Exchanges will not be permitted. Be sure that what you are purchasing is what you want! Defective or damaged products may be exchanged as stated above. If, on delivery, a package/parcel has visible damage, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify White Bridge Music with all pertinent information.
Returned checks: There is a $25 returned check fee.
Please note:
- If you you return an item with no RMA number we will refuse the return.
- WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNED ITEMS. Any/all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Remember that YOU are responsible for damage that occurs to the item you are shipping back to us. We recommend you use a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance.
